House Salad: Tender Young Green served with Balsamic Vinaigrette topped with Sun-Flower Seeds.
Sautéed Fish of the Evening Finished in a Piccate Sauce of Caper, Garlic and Fresh Herbs.
Oven Roasted Pork Tenderloin Finished in a Red Wine Port Reduction topped with Roasted Apricots.
Sautéed Chicken Breast Topped with a Marsala Sauce of Wild Mushrooms and Marsala Wine Reduction.
Key Lime Pie topped with Toasted Almonds & Raspberry Sauce or Wedding Cake Service (Wedding cake not included)
$24 per person plus tax & service charge

All food and beverage prices are subject to 20% service charge and 7.5% tax. A guarantee figure must be given one week prior to the function. For any functions over the weekend a two week guarantee figure is required. If the count is not received at the time, the Terrace Restaurant will use the estimated figure as the final guarantee. The Terrace will set 5% above the guarantee. A $300 deposit required two weeks prior to function that will be nonrefundable if canceled within two weeks.
